Positive:-
Rather absorbing and addictive, with opportunity to interact with other players and engage in strategies. There are stories /missions and goals to aim for. Adequately complicated and well constructed. A very good option if you are looking for something which can easily pass a lot of time, give you some opportunity to interact with people and not be limited to only those who can afford to pay. Paying just gives you competitive advantages, I think.
This game is really good, loads of missions, factions, very enjoyable. However, the one thing that let's it down is the cost if you want to buy, and you don't need to buy but it helps, the lowest, and there's not many of them, is £17.99, the highest, and there's load of them, are £89.99, out of reach of a lot of people, so I save what money I have and spend them on State of Survival game where the prices are 'normal' if it wasn't for the ridiculous prices I would score 5 star.
Great game I been playing close to a year. Definitely not pay to win it just get you what you want faster, alot of the convenience stuff is only 27.99 which is great including battle pass if you want the extras for the event. The only thing I would ask is some kind of officer xp and trait reset (more so traits) option to fix up crew and perhaps a faction credit conversion to focus on the primary your working on. Great job so far been a long time since I been dedicated to a game everyday.
Tbh never been a Star Trek (ST) fan since I have never seen a movie but I know the characters from old-new-animation ST. This game is actually S-tier.
I love the main mission and tough decisive choices. we have so many sub missions which let us just stray off if we want or I can just test my ships power whenever I want by attacking enemies. I really love this game. (Not to mention the graphics are on phenomenal) thank you so much. I'm actually gunna watch every ST because of this game.

The game needs overhauled extremely bad now, that they haven't even introduced ways to level up, let alone the other series like voyager, ds9, & Enterprise.
Even though are the skins are nice, I prefer to have the ships in general. Both the store in the app as well as online are not worth the money to spend.

Too expensive! It starts out ok but later turns into a money pit. If you don't pay it will take months and months for 1 single build. Any ship you want will cost $99 minimum up to $600. $99 will only get you a fraction of the most useful ships and you out grow it in a fevw levels and need a more powerful ship.
The same for building the buildings you need.

This game used to be fun, but after years of hard work to reach level 40, I now realise that everything is now pay to win. It would take years to even get to level 41 as almost every single upgrade requires 4* materials. There is no fun here at all now. It is just a massive pay wall. Time to find a better game which does not ask for an extortionate amount of money in order to make the slightest bit of progress.
